摘　　要：通过对被动式三辊轧制冷轧带肋钢筋轧制机理和影响其外形的轧辊、母材及轧制过程等因素的分析,论述了冷轧带肋钢筋外形质量的控制要点,以满足轧后产品对国家标准中外形指标的要求。Through the analysis of the rolling mechanism of the passive three-roll rolling cold-rolled ribbed steel bar and the factors that affect the shape of the roll,the base material and the rolling process,etc.The control points of the shape quality of cold-rolled ribbed bar are discussed,so as to meet the requirements of the shape index in the national standard after rolling.
