摘 要:目的观察运用微信平台对关节镜下前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术后患者行康复锻炼指导的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月在本院骨伤科治疗的ACLⅢ度损伤患者60例,均在关节镜下行ACL重建术。将所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组给予常规康复锻炼管理,观察组在对照组基础上给予微信平台管理。比较两组患者干预前后膝关节功能(Lysholm)评分、膝关节稳定度(Berg)评分及疼痛程度(VAS)评分;比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组Lysholm、Berg评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理工作满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将微信平台应用于关节镜下ACL重建术后患者康复锻炼中,能够最大限度恢复膝关节功能,减少患者术后疼痛及不适感。Objective To observe the application of WeChat platform in rehabilitation exercise for patients after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction.Methods 60 patients with ACLⅢdegree injury who were treated in orthopedics department of the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled.All patients underwent arthroscopic ACL reconstruction.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation exercise management.On this basis,observation group was given WeChat platform management.The scores of knee function(Lysholm),Berg Balance Scale(Berg)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.The satisfaction with nursing work was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,scores of Lysholm and Berg in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while VAS score was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of nursing work in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat platform in rehabilitation exercise for patients after arthroscopic ACL reconstruction can recover knee joint function to the hilt,and reduce postoperative pain and discomfort.
