摘　　要：目的研究医院病案质量与统计信息准确性,分析原因并制定适宜的干预措施。方法样本数据自该院病案室中随机抽取,获取时间段选择2017年1月—2019年1月,从中选择178例,随机分为两组(对照组、观察组),每组89例,对照组仍按照常规管理模式实施管理,观察组在分析医院病案质量与统计信息准确性相关信息后,制定适宜的改进措施,对病案管理进行规范,对比指标:病案管理质量、科室满意率。结果不良事件对比,观察组发生率更低,满意度对比,观察组评分更高(P<0.05)。结论对病案管理的质量和统计信息准确性的影响因素进行分析,发现其中的问题,进而制定适宜的管理措施,对病案管理的规范性进行提升,可综合提升医院病案管理的质量,保证病案管理的规范性,提升统计信息准确性。Objective To study the accuracy of hospital medical records and statistical information,analyze the causes and formulate appropriate interventions.Methods Sample data were randomly selected from the hospital's case room.The time period was selected from January 2017 to January 2019.178 cases were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups(control group,observation group),each group hod 89 cases;control group still implemented according to the conventional management mode.After analyzing the information about the quality of hospital medical records and the accuracy of statistical information,the observation group formulated appropriate improvement measures to standardize the management of medical records,and compares the indicators:the quality of medical records management and the satisfaction rate of departments.Results In the comparison of adverse events,the incidence of the observation group was lower,the satisfaction was compared,and the score of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Analyze the quality of medical records management and the influencing factors of statistical information accuracy,find out the problems,and then formulate appropriate management measures to improve the standardization of medical record management,comprehensively improve the quality of hospital medical record management,and ensure medical records.The normative nature of management improves the accuracy of statistical information.
