摘 要:近年来,该院“门诊多学科协作诊疗”模式在门诊疑难病患者的诊治过程中发挥了重要作用。临床实践表明,明确会诊对象,建立会诊模式、会诊流程以及会诊档案,建立会诊专家库,能明显提高门诊患者的满意度和诊断准确率,优化就诊流程,增强学科间的交流。西安交通大学第二附属医院门诊多学科协作诊疗模式的建立与成功运行为今后门诊多学科疑难病、癌症治疗的发展提供了实践基础。In recent years,the“multi-disciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment”model of the hospital has played an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of outpatients with difficult diseases.Clinical practice shows that clear consultation,establishing consultation mode,consultation process and consultation files,and establishing a library of consultation experts can significantly improve the satisfaction and diagnostic accuracy of outpatients,optimize the treatment process,and enhance interdisciplinary communication.The establishment and successful operation of the multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment mode of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University provides a practical basis for the development of multidisciplinary difficult diseases and cancer treatment in outpatient clinics.
