精细化护理安全管理对提高神经内科护理质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究在神经内科实施精细化护理安全管理对提高护理质量产生的影响。方法选取130例在2018年1月—2019年1月该院神经内科收治的患者,根据随机数字法分为观察组(精细化护理安全管理)和对照组(常规护理管理)各65例。比较两组护理质量评分情况。结果观察组消毒隔离(93.18±2.47)分、操作规范(91.39±3.04)分及基础护理(92.16±2.11)分各指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科实施精细化护理安全管理,能够促进护理质量评分有效提高,改善护理质量。Objective To explore the impact of implementing refined nursing safety management in neurology on improving the quality of nursing.Methods 130 patients who underwent neurology in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled according to the random number method.The observation group(fine management safety management)and the control group(conventional nursing management)each 65 people.Compare the quality of care scores between the two groups.Results The scores of disinfection and isolation(93.18±2.47)points,operation specification(91.39±3.04)points and basic nursing(92.16±2.11)points were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing refined nursing safety management in neurology can promote the effective improvement of nursing quality score and improve the quality of nursing.
