情景模拟+改良Mini-CEX评量表在新入职护士培训中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨情景模拟+改良mini临床演练评价量(mini-clinical evaluation xercise,Mini-CEX)在新入职护士培训中的应用。方法以该院2018年1—12月接收的80名新入职护士为对象,按电脑数字表法随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组以常规方法展开培训,实验组通过情景模拟+改良Mini-CEX量表展开培训,对比两组培训效果。结果培训后,实验组理论、实践操作成绩均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后,实验组护理质量评分总分是(91.51±1.53)分,较对照组的(80.23±2.37)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过情景模拟+Mini-CEX量表对新入职护士展开培训可有效提升其成绩,进而达到提升护理质量的效果。Objective To explore the application of mini-clinical evaluation xercise(Mini-CEX)in the training of new nurses.Methods 80 new nurses received from January to December 2018 in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the computer digital table method,40 in each group.The control group was trained by routine methods.The experimental group conducted training through the scenario simulation+improved mini-CEX scale to compare the two groups of training effects.Results After the training,the theoretical and practical results of the experimental group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,the total score of the nursing quality score of the experimental group was(91.51±1.53)points,which was better than the control group of(80.23±2.37)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The training of new nurses through the scenario simulation+Mini-CEX scale can effectively improve their performance,and thus achieve the effect of improving the quality of care.
