摘 要:肠衣生产废水主要来源于肠衣漂洗及腌制工序,属于典型的高盐度、高CDO食品废水,常规生化处理效果较差,处理难度很大。本研究采用生活污水和除臭废水混入肠衣废水后进行盐度调节,随后采用UASB+水解酸化+接触氧化生化处理,取得了良好的效果。处理后COD≦500mg/L,BOD5≦300mg/L,能够进入城市污水处理厂进一步处理,为后续达标排放奠定基础。The casing waste water comes from casing rinse and pickle processes.It belongs to high salinity and COD foods waste water.It’s very difficult to deal with this kind of waste water.Also it can not deal with biochemical methods.In present study,this waste water was adjusted by sanitary sewage and deodorant waste water.And then it was deal with the method of UASB+hydrolytic acidification+catalytic oxidation,and good results are achieved.The COD and BOD5 were less than or equal to 500mg/L and 300mg/L after treatment.It can access to municipal sewage treatment plants.
