摘 要:慈湖河流域水质监测预警管理体系结合最新水质管理理论,明确管理目标,梳理现有生态环境监管业务,摸清现有信息资源,梳理环境管理数据,依据EFDC水动力-水质模型工具,在慈湖河流域实地调查、规划布点,根据干流建立二维水质污染扩散模型,与web应用系统集成,建立水质监测预警管理信息化平台。模拟不同污染负荷情形下水质变化情况,对慈湖河流域的水环境质量水污染问题进行模拟预测分析,以远程控制及自动化技术为依托对流域内的水环境质量要素、环境管理对象、整治工程等进行管理,最终形成基于物联网技术、大数据分析技术和模拟分析技术的监测预警体系,为慈湖河流域水质监测预警管理提供了一个效率高、实用性强的信息化平台。After the site survey and the sampling point arrangement of the Cihu River Basin,we established a two-dimensional water quality pollution diffusion model based on the EFDC hydrodynamic-water quality model.Before this,we studied the latest water quality management theory,clarified the management objectives,sorted out the existing ecological environment supervision business,found out the newest environmental management data in Cihu River Basin.Then we integrated the water pollution diffusion model with the web application system to establish an informationization system for water quality monitoring and warning management.We used the system to simulate the water pollution problem in the Cihu River Basin,simulate the water quality changes under different pollution loads.Relying on remote control and automation technology,we could get real-time monitoring of water environment quality in the basin,management of environmental supervision object,and the construction progress of renovation project,etc.The system established in this paper could provide an efficient and practical information system for water quality monitoring and warning management example.
