摘 要:近些年来,随着我国的经济与科技水平的不断提高,诞生了许多高新的技术,痕量分析技术就是近些年来得到巨大进步的技术。痕量分析是一种测定痕量元素在试样中总浓度的技术,其主要分为取样、样品处理和样品测定三部分。由于痕量元素在待测式样中的浓度不及百万分之一,因此对技术的要求较高,现阶段常用的痕量分析技术主要有HPLC技术(高效液相色谱)和ICP-MS技术(电感耦合等离子体质谱)。本文主要介绍了HPLC和ICP-MS技术的特点,并分析了其在痕量元素分析中的具体应用。In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s economic and technological level,many high-tech technologies have been born.Trace analysis technology is a technology that has made tremendous progress in recent years.Trace analysis is a technique for determining the total concentration of trace elements in a sample.It is mainly divided into three parts:sampling,sample processing and sample determination.Since the concentration of trace elements in the sample to be tested is less than one part per million,the technical requirements are high.The trace analysis techniques commonly used at this stage mainly include HPLC technology(high performance liquid chromatography)and ICP-MS technology(Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry).This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of HPLC and ICP-MS technology,and analyzes its specific application in the analysis of trace elements.
