摘　　要：由于海洋环境污染案件在一定程度上带有复杂性和专业性,所以就必须要对其开展海洋环境污染损害司法鉴定工作,海洋环境污染司法鉴定的证据效力主要包括了证据能力和证明力。本文分析了环境污染损害司法鉴定的相关内容,就鉴定意见的证据效力展开了讨论和探究,以使海洋环境污染司法鉴定的相关行为得到规范,使处理海洋环境污染问题更具有效性和科学性。Due to the complexity and professionalism of marine environmental pollution cases,it is necessary to carry out judicial identification of marine environmental pollution damage.The evidence effectiveness of judicial identification of marine environmental pollution mainly includes the power of evidence and proof.This article analyzes the relevant contents of the judicial identification of environmental pollution damage,and discusses and explores the evidence effectiveness of the opinion,so as to standardize the relevant behaviors of judicial identification of marine environmental pollution and make the handling of marine environmental pollution more effective and scientific.
