摘 要:红外检测技术在检测和诊断发电厂带电设备缺陷方面优势显著,对保障发电厂乃至电网安全运行意义重大。本文剖析了红外测温理论基础、带电设备的故障类型与危害以及红外诊断技术的判断方法与设备故障等级,探讨红外诊断技术在现场状态检修案例中的应用。最后指出提高红外检测效率的方法,并强调了红外检测技术在定量分析方面取得突破的必要性。Infrared detection technology has significant advantages in detecting and diagnosing the defects of live equipment in power plants,which is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of power plants and even power grids.This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of infrared temperature measurement,fault types and hazards of live equipment,as well as the judgment method of infrared diagnosis technology and equipment fault grade,and discusses the application of infrared diagnosis technology in field condition maintenance cases.Finally,it points out the methods to improve the efficiency of infrared detection,and emphasizes the necessity of infrared detection technology to make a breakthrough in quantitative analysis.
