摘 要:为了研究入水速度和底升角等参数对物体自由落水砰击的影响,本文基于STAR-CCM+和Fluent,并结合网格重构技术、重叠网格技术、VOF界面捕捉技术等建立了2种可自相互验证的数值计算模型,对比分析了二维楔形体的自由入水过程。进行了网格收敛性的验证,并对比分析了不同速度-压力耦合求解算法。将建立的CFD计算模型与已发表的试验结果进行比较,验证了其准确性。模拟了不同参数(入水速度和底升角)下楔形体的自由入水过程,并分析了其对压力、速度、流场等物理量的影响。研究结果表明,底升角越小、速度越快的楔形体,在入水过程中产生的砰击力极值越大,且极值出现的时间越早。建立了2种自由入水砰击数值模型,并进行了自相互验证。模拟结果显示:所建立的数值模型能较精确地模拟物体自由落水砰击问题,可为之后进行弹性形变的入水砰击问题研究提供技术支持。To study the effect of parameters such as the water entry speed and deadrise angle on the slamming of free water entry object,two numerical models that can perform mutual verification were developed based on STAR-CCM+and Fluent,combined with technologies such as mesh reconstruction technology,overset grid technology,and VOF interface capture technology.The free water entry processes of two-dimensional wedges were compared and analyzed.First,the grid convergence was verified,and different coupling algorithms of velocity and pressure were compared and analyzed.Second,the accuracy of the numerical method was verified by comparing the results of the two CFD calculation models with published experimental results.Finally,the free water entry processes of wedges with different parameters such as water entry velocities and deadrise angles were simulated,and their influences on physical quantities such as pressure,velocity,and flow field were analyzed.The results show that the smaller the deadrise angle and the higher the speed of the wedge,the greater the extreme value of the slamming force generated during the water entry process and the earlier the extreme value occurs.In summary,two numerical models of free water entry slamming were established in this paper,and they were mutually verified.The simulation results show that the numerical model established here can accurately simulate the free water entry slamming problem and provide technical support for the later study of water entry slamming problem,which considers elastic deformation.
