摘  要:为了保证在安全的前提下尽可能多地承运重大件等货物,本文建立了半潜船潜浮作业承载重量与初稳性双目标优化模型,通过离散承载重量的方法将该双目标优化模型分解为多个子问题求解其Pareto解集。以一艘半潜船为例进行算例分析,求得这一模型的Pareto解集,验证了该方法的有效性,并通过对承运货物的重心位置做敏感性分析,总结了其对Pareto解集移动方向的影响规律,而且发现随着承运货物重量的增加,其重心对初稳性值影响程度呈上升趋势。通过探究承运货物重心对初稳性的影响规律,为承运货物在半潜船甲板上最优装载位置提出建议。该方法可在半潜船选择承运货物以及承运货物装载位置问题上提供理论指导,提高半潜船承运货物决策的科学性。To load more heavy and large cargos on the premise of ensuring safety,a bi-objective optimization model of load capacity and initial stability of semi-submersible vessels in floating on/off operations was established.The bi-objective optimization model was decomposed into multiple sub-problems by the method of dispersing load capacity,and its Pareto solution set was solved.A semi-submersible vessel was taken as an example,and the Pareto solution set of this model was solved,which proved the validity of the method.By conducting the sensitivity analysis of the CG position of lift cargo,the influence law of the CG position on the moving direction of the Pareto solution set was summarized.It was found that with the increase of lift cargo weight,the influence degree of CG position on initial stability maintained an upward trend.By exploring the influence law of the CG position of the lift cargo on the initial stability,we propose suggestions for the optimal loading position of lift cargo on the deck of the semi-submerged vessels.This method can provide theoretical guidance for the selection of lift cargo and its loading position on semi-submersible vessels and improve the scientificity of the decision making for lift cargo on semi-submersible vessels.
