摘 要:目的探讨血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)与二型糖尿病并发症发展的关系。方法检测265例2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)和110例健康查体者(健康对照组)血脂(游离脂肪酸FFA、甘油三酯TG、总胆固醇CHO、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇HDL-C、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇LDL-C)、空腹血糖FPG及糖化血红蛋白HbA1c,并将糖尿病组按并发症的多少分为无并发症组(52例)、单并发症组(88例)和多并发症组(125例),对各组检测结果进行比较。结果糖尿病组检测的各生化指标均高于健康对照组,且两组指标比较FPG、FFA、CHO、TG、HDL-C、HbA1c均有统计学差异(P<0.05);糖尿病组间随着并发症个数的增加各指标数值也随之上升,其中FPG、FFA各组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),无并发症组的HbA1c与单并发症组和多并发症组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但单并发症组与多并发症组的HbA1c比较却没有统计学意义。其他指标的组间比较均无统计学意义。结论2型糖尿病患者FFA水平与其并发症的发生发展有一定的关系。Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum free fatty acid(FFA)and the development of complications in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 265 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus and 110 healthy subjects were enrolled,and serum FFA,TG,CHO,HDL-C,LDL-C,FPG and HbA1c were determined.According to the number of complications,the diabetic group was divided into three groups:no complications group(52 cases),single complications group(88 cases)and multiple complications group(125 cases)and compared the test results of each group.Result The biochemical indexes of diabetes mellitus group were higher than those of healthy control group,and there was significant difference in FPG,FFA,CHO,TG,HDL-C,HbA1c between the two groups(P<0.05).With the increase of the number of complications in the diabetic group,the number of indexes also increased with the increase of the number of complications,among them,there was significant difference in FPG,FFA among all groups(P<0.05),HbA1c in the group without complications was significantly higher than that in the group with single complications and multiple complications(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in HbA1c between single complications group and multiple complications group.Conclusion The level of FFA in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is related to the occurrence and development of complications.
