摘　　要：目的:观察加味羌活散治疗风热型慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及对血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平的影响。方法:将82例慢性荨麻疹患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组41例。治疗组给予加味羌活散口服,日1剂;对照组给予氯雷他定片10 mg口服,日1次。治疗6周后观察症状总积分、总有效率及血清IL-4、IgE和IFN-γ的变化。结果:治疗后治疗组症状总积分明显低于对照组,血清IL-4和IgE水平低于对照组,血清IFN-γ高于对照组;治疗组与对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为92.68%、75.61%,疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味羌活散可以明显改善风热型慢性荨麻疹患者瘙痒、风团症状,对其血清IL-4、IgE和IFN-γ水平有明显调节作用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Qianghuo Powder(加味羌活散)in the treatment of chronic urticaria of wind-heat type and its effect on the levels of serum interleukin-4(IL-4),immunoglobulin E(IgE)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ).Methods:A total of 82 patients with chronic urticaria were divided into the treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The treatment group was given Jiawei Qianghuo Powder orally,taking 1 dose a day.While the control group was given 10 mg loratadine tablets once a day.After 6 weeks of treatment,the changes of total symptom score,effective rate,serum IL-4,IgE and IFN-γwere observed.Results:After treatment,the total score of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the con-trol group.The levels of serum IL-4 and IgE were lower than those in the control group,and serum IFN-γwas higher than that in the control group.The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92.68%and 75.61%respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Qianghuo Powder can obviously improve the pruritus and wind mass symptoms of patients with chronic urticaria of wind heat type,and it has a significant regulatory effect on the serum levels of IL-4,IgE and IFN-γ.
