摘 要:四角切圆燃烧煤粉锅炉同层4根一次风管的风速调平和煤粉浓度调平非常重要,某锅炉制粉系统经过冷态和热态一次风速调平后,水平烟道的烟温偏差并未得到有效缓解,原因是煤粉量分配仍存在较大的偏差。通过现场试验和数值模拟相结合的方法分析了风速偏差和煤粉量偏差对锅炉炉内燃烧的空气动力场和温度场的影响,结果表明:风速偏差对炉内空气动力场和温度场均有较大的影响,而煤粉量偏差对炉内空气动力场的影响不大,但对炉内温度场则影响较大;一次风管内的煤粉量随着一次风速和管路阻力的增加而增加,在保证一次风速平衡的前提下,还要兼顾同层4根一次风管煤粉量的平衡。The air speed balance of the four primary air ducts in the same layer of four-corner tangentially burning coal-fired boiler is a routine requirement,but the balance of the amount of coal powder is also very important.After a boiler pulverizing system is leveled by cold and hot primary air speeds,the smoke temperature deviation of the horizontal flue is not effectively alleviated because there is still a large deviation in the distribution of coal powder.The combination of field test and numerical simulation was used to analyze the influence of air speed deviation and coal powder deviation on the aerodynamic field and temperature field of boiler combustion.The results show that the air speed deviation has a great influence on the aerodynamic field and temperature field in the furnace.The deviation of coal powder volume has little effect on the aerodynamic field in the furnace,but it has a greater impact on the temperature field inside the furnace.The amount of coal powder in the primary air ducts increases with the increase of the primary air speed and the resistance of the pipeline.Under the premise of ensuring the balance of the primary air speed,the balance of the coal powder volume of the four primary air ducts in the same layer should be considered.
