摘  要:为了研究转基因棉花品系3H-52抗旱性的改良,在全生育期旱棚种植条件下,对转基因棉花品系3H-52及其受体品系的生理指标和农艺性状进行测定。结果表明,转基因棉花品系3H-52的叶片细胞相对含水量、游离脯氨酸含量较其受体品系WC有所提高,丙二醛含量有所降低,株高较受体品系增加,表明转基因棉花品系3H-52的抗旱性较其受体有一定提高。转基因棉花品系3H-52的皮棉产量和受体品系间差异不明显,该品系还需进一步选育改良。To study the improvement of drought resistance of transgenic cotton strain 3H-52,the physiological index and agronomic characters of transgenic cotton strain 3H-52 and its receptor strain were determined under the condition of whole growth period of water stress.The results showed that the relative water content and free proline content of leaf cells of transgenic cotton line 3H-52 were higher than that of the receptor strain WC,the MDA content of 3H-52 decreased,and the plant height of 3H-52 was higher than the receptor strain WC.It indicated that the ability of drought resistance of the transgenic cotton strain 3H-52 was higher than that of the receptor.The cotton yield of transgenic cotton strain 3H-52 and the acceptor line was not obviously different,and the further breeding and improvement of the strain was also required.
