砧木对苹果接穗品种果实品质影响的研究进展

摘　　要：矮砧栽培是目前国内外苹果生产的趋势,矮砧苹果的果实品质已成为相关研究者的研究热点。从外在品质及内在品质2个方面就砧木对苹果接穗品种果实品质的影响进行了阐述,比较了2种嫁接方式(自根砧与中间砧)对接穗品种果实品质的影响,探讨了砧木对苹果接穗品种果实品质的影响机制。结果表明,与乔化砧木相比,矮化砧木对接穗品种果实品质有显著的提升作用;与外在品质相比,砧木对苹果接穗果实内在品质的影响较大。Dwarfing stock cultivation was the trend of apple production in the world at present.The fruit quality of dwarfing stock apple has been the focus of the related researchers.The paper described the effect of rootstock on fruit quality of scion variety in apple from inner and extrinsic quality,the effect of self-rooted rootstock and interstock on fruit quality of scion variety in apple were compared,and the mechanism on effect of rootstock on fruit quality of scion variety in apple was discussed.The result showed that the effect of different rootstock on fruit quality of scion variety in apple was different,dwarfing rootstock could improve significantly the fruit quality of scion variety compared with arbor rootstock.And the effect of rootstock on inner fruit quality of scion variety in apple was greater than that of extrinsic quality.
