摘 要:对海河流域水系连通演变过程进行简要分析,并提出未来设想。历史上海河平原诸水的连通,把原本分流入海的几条大河连接在一起,使华北地区出现了纵贯南北的水路运输线,形成了最初的海河水系,但由于各河道集中于天津入海,尾闾泄流不畅,使得洪涝灾害频繁发生。解放后重点开挖疏浚行洪入海河道,彻底改变了海河水系的历史格局。未来通过河湖水系连通,在抗御水旱灾害的同时,使水资源得到充分利用,解决日益严重的水资源短缺问题,并且对生态环境质量的改善起到重要作用。Ministry of Water Resource and Ministry of Finance continually advance water interchange projects to promote the construction of ecological civilization since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China opening.In this paper,it simply analyzes to the evolutionary process of water interchange of Hai He river basin and provides the further ideal.In history,the water interchange on the Hai He Plains promote the connection of every rivers that flow into the sea independently and it shapes the original Hai He water system.However,floods happens frequently due to the rear discharge capacity is low because that all rivers gather to Tian Jin to flow into the sea.After liberation,it had made the great efforts to dredge river channels to the sea and change the historical layout of the Hai He water system completely.In the future,the water interchange of rivers and lakes will fully use the water resources and protect against floods and droughts.This will helpful to solve the ever-increasing water storage,and will play an important role in improving ecological and environmental quality.
