摘　　要：以公共关系教育为引导的素质培养,对提高高校学生的竞争能力和社会适应能力有很大的帮助。尤其在学生职场应变、公关意识、树立学生社会责任意识以及公关能力等方面的作用都非常关键。为此,文章从独立学习能力、沟通协调能力、组织管理能力、创新应变能力几个方面提出了以公共关系教育为引导的素质培养策略。The quality training guided by public relations education is of great help to improve the competitive ability and social adaptability of college students.Especially in the student workplace strain,public relations consciousness,establish student social responsibility consciousness and public relations ability and so on the function is very important.Therefore,this paper puts forward a quality training strategy guided by public relations education from the aspects of independent learning ability,communication and coordination ability,organization and management ability and innovation ability.
