摘 要:目的:通过制作离体下颌第二恒磨牙髓腔标本,为实验教学提供直观的教具,加深学生学习效果,提升教学水平。方法:搜集下颌第二磨牙205颗,进行消毒、筛选、分类、记录、包埋、片切、固定,将具有变异(C形根管)与没有变异特点的下颌第二磨牙做成标本。结果:实验共制成124颗普通、52颗变异髓腔标本。C形根管发生率达29.5%,C1形最多。结论:髓腔标本制作有助于教学,但对断层切割精细程度、标本着色、固定方式还有待进一步研究。Objectives:this study provides intuitive training aid for experimental class,deepens students'learning effect and improves the teaching level by making pulp cavity specimens of the mandibular second permanent molar in vitro.Methods:totally 205 mandibular second molars were collected,sterilized,screened,classified,recorded,embedded,sliced and fixed.Then,the second mandibular molars with variation(c-shaped root canal)and those without variation were made into pulp cavity section specimens.Results:finally,124 ordinary and 52 pulp cavity specimens were made.The incidence of c-shaped root canal was 29.5%and C1 root canal had the highest incidence.Conclusion:the preparation of the pulp cavity specimens is helpful for teaching.However,the degree of fault cutting,specimen staining and fixation methods still need to be further studied.
