摘　　要：为探索促进工程力学专业创新型人才培养模式发展的研究,作者从构建工程力学专业创新型人才培养模式的意义入手,对工程力学专业人才培养模式存在的主要问题进行了深入的分析,并在此基础上探究了构建工程力学专业创新型人才培养模式的策略。To explore to promote the development of engineering mechanics major innovative talents cultivation model research,the author from the build the significance of engineering mechanics major innovative talents training mode,the main problems of engineering mechanics professional personnel training mode has carried on the thorough analysis,and on this basis to explore the building engineering mechanics major strategies of cultivating innovative talents.
