瑞安石岗斗门修建历程考述——以陈傅良《重修石岗斗门记》为中心

摘　　要：石岗斗门是瑞安市现存最古老的斗门,也是研究温州古代水利工程为数不多的实物古迹。陈傅良所作《重修石岗斗门记》一文,对斗门的修建历程做了详细考述,不自觉地将永嘉学派重视史书制度、事功、经致等思想特质贯彻于其中,具体体现为:在叙述事件时注重对其历史变迁的梳理和历史背景的探究;主张公共工程建设以民为本,不可搞政绩工程或无视百姓欲求;认为公共工程建设应当本着“事功”精神,保证工程设计合理、坚固耐久;强调做官应当本着修己治人之道。Shigang Doumen is the oldest Doumen existing in Ruian City,and it is also one of the few physical monuments to study the ancient water conservancy projects in Wenzhou.In The Story on Reconstruction of Shigang Doumen written by CHEN Fuliang,he investigated the building history of Doumen in detail,unconsciously included the Yongjia School’s idea of valuing the system of history books,work achievements and classics in it.His main ideas are explained as follows.When narrating the event,he paid attention to collating its historical evolution and researching the historical background;he advocated public engineering construction should be based on the people,and should neither engage in performance projects nor ignore people’s needs.In his opinion,public engineering construction should be based on the spirit of“work achievements”,and ensure that the design of the project is reasonable,solid and durable.He also stressed that an official should be guided by the principle of cultivating oneself and governing others.
