摘 要:为优化碗形件凸模的成形载荷,利用数值模拟技术模拟碗形件的实际加工过程,将其结果数据以正交试验作为数据处理的手段并加以分析,探寻不同参数对成形载荷的影响规律研究。结果显示,以成形载荷值作为评判标准,获得最优组合参数为A3B1。在最优参数组合下,碗形件可获得较好的成形效果,在成形过程中成形载荷最小,降低设备损坏和凸模开裂的可能性和生产过程中的试模成本,提高碗形件以及相似类零件的优化成功率。In order to optimize the forming load of the convex die of the bowl-shaped part,the actual processing process of the bowl-shaped part was simulated by the numerical simulation technology.The result data were processed by the orthogonal test and analyzed to explore the influence law of different parameters on the forming load.The results show that the best combination parameter is A3B1,which is based on the forming load value.Under the optimal combination parameters,the bowl-shaped part can obtain better forming effect.In the forming process,the forming load is the smallest.In addition,the possibility of equipment damage and convex die cracking is reduced,and the cost of die test in the production process is reduced as well.And the optimization success rate of bowl-shaped parts and similar parts is improved.
