摘 要:为了揭示烯效唑对向日葵生长的调控效应,试验采用高产、高秆食用向日葵品种SH361为材料,设置不同浓度烯效唑浸种和叶面喷施的处理。结果表明:烯效唑浸种处理后,向日葵株高和茎粗降低,叶柄长度缩短,叶面积缩小,浓度为230 mg/L处理株高比对照降低37.7%;开花期单株绿叶面积缩小最明显,比对照缩小44.55%。叶面喷施处理后,株高无明显降低,茎粗增加,叶柄长度增加,叶面积增大。茎粗和叶柄长以浓度为400 mg/L处理增加效果最明显,分别比对照增加17.02%和5.57%。烯效唑浸种和叶面喷施均可增加叶绿素SPAD值。浓度为230 mg/L浸种处理生长指标降低,400 mg/L叶面喷施处理后向日葵生长指标增加最明显。In order to reveal the regulation effect of the uniconazole on sunflower growth,using a high yield,high quality,and stalk feed varieties SH361 as materials,we set different uniconazole concentration treatments of seed soaking and leaf spraying.The results showed that,after soaking seed with a concentration of 230 mg/L uniconazole,the sunflower plant height and stem diameter decreased with the plant height being 37.7%lower than the control,the petiole had shorter length,and the leaf area in the flowering period was inhibited significantly by 44.55%compared with the control.After leaf spraying,the plant height did not decrease,while the stem diameter,the petiole length,and the leaf area increased.Compared with the control,the stem diameter and petiole length with a concentration of 400 mg/L were increased by 17.02%and 5.57%,respectively.The chlorophyll SPAD value was increased by seed soaking and leaf spraying.The results showed that seed soaking with 230 mg/L decreased the growth index and leaf spraying with 400 mg/L uniconazole increased the sunflower growth index significantly.
