摘  要:为了探索TA19钛合金线性摩擦焊合适的工艺规范,在不同摩擦压力下进行了TA19钛合金线性摩擦焊接试验,并对焊接接头的组织特征和力学性能进行了分析。组织分析结果显示,焊缝区为再结晶组织,晶粒有所细化;热力影响区晶粒发生不同程度的变形,晶粒沿摩擦方向伸长;热影响区β相含量增加,推测发生了β相转变,β相层片状组织变厚,使等轴初生的α相晶粒有所减小。力学性能试验结果显示,焊接接头各区显微硬度均高于母材;拉伸试样断在母材区,接头强度不低于母材;接头平均冲击韧性均大于母材,冲击性能良好。研究结果表明,TA19钛合金线性摩擦焊焊接工艺窗口宽,在差异较大的摩擦压力下均能获得高质量接头。In order to explore the suitable technical specification of TA19 titanium alloy linear friction welding,TA19 titanium alloy linear friction welding test was carried out under the different friction pressures,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were analyzed.The results showed that the weld area was recrystallized and the grains were refined.In the heat affected zone,the grain deforms in different degrees and the grain elongates along the direction of the friction.The content ofβphase in the heat-affected zone increases,βphase transition is supposed to happen,βlamellar structure becomes thicker andαphase grains on the isometric axis decreases.The microhardness of the welded joint was higher than that of the base material.The tensile specimen is broken in the base material area and the joint strength is no lower than that of the base material.The average impact toughness of the joints is greater than that of the base metal,and the impact performance is good.The results show that the TA19 titanium alloy linear friction welding process window is wide and can obtain the high quality joints under the different friction pressures.
