摘 要:为了减少螺旋焊管成型过程中,因钢带两边和中部变形量不一致而导致的蹶嘴、错边、管径超差等成型缺陷,提高成型稳定性,分析了3#辊梁位置参数的控制对于钢带自由边边缘变形的重要性。结合3#辊梁构造特点及调整原则,提出了3#辊梁位置参数的确定方法,并对该方法确定的3#辊梁位置参数进行了多次生产实践验证。结果表明,由该计算方法得出的3#辊梁位置参数准确,与实际生产调整结果一致,且计算过程便捷,能够解决因钢带两边和中部变形量不一致而导致的蹶嘴、错边、管径超差等成型缺陷,提高了螺旋焊管成型的稳定性。In order to reduce the forming defects such as angular misalignment,axial misalignment and pipe diameter out of tolerance caused by the inconsistent deformation between the two sides and the middle of the steel strip during the forming process of the spiral welded pipe,and improve the forming stability,the importance of the position parameter control of 3#roll beam to the free edge deformation of the steel strip is analyzed.Combined with the structural characteristics and the adjustment principles of 3#roller beam,the determination method of 3#roller beam position parameters is put forward,and 3#roller beam position parameters determined by the method are verified in the production process for many times.The results show that the position parameters of 3#roller beam obtained by this method are accurate,consistent with the actual production adjustment results,the calculation process is convenient,and the calculating method can solve the forming defects such as angular misalignment axial misalignment and pipe diameter out of tolerance caused by the inconsistent deformation between the two sides and the middle of the steel strip,and improve the forming stability of the spiral welded pipe.
