摘　　要：目的探讨四川省40所医院癌痛规范化治疗示范病房癌痛护理现状以及其影响因素。方法选取2014年3月至2016年3月四川省40所医院癌痛规范化治疗示范病房的160例护士作为研究对象,对癌痛的护理现状及其影响因素采取现场评价。结果癌痛健康教育、癌痛专业培训的标准得分较高;癌痛随访和癌痛护理技术标准得分较低。在护理缺陷上主要以随访落实、癌痛动态评估、个性化措施为主。单因素分析医院等级、负责人、科室床护比、专科护士人数、癌痛专业知识考核得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但癌痛MDT开展与否差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。采用多元线性回归分析,结果显示癌痛专业知识考核得分、医院等级、负责人职务对患者癌痛护理质量有直接影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院癌痛规范化治疗示范病房的广泛开展对癌痛护理起到重要作用,癌痛宣传工作开展较好,但癌痛护理水平相对较低,专业知识尚欠缺,建议低级别医院更应重视规范化培训。Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of cancer pain nursing in standardized treatment demonstration wards in 40 hospitals in Sichuan Province.Methods One hundred and sixty nurses in 40 hospitals in Sichuan province from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects.The nursing status and influencing factors of cancer pain were evaluated on the spot.Results The standard scores of health education and professional training of cancer pain were high,while the technical standards of cancer pain follow-up and nursing were low.In terms of nursing defects,follow-up implementation,dynamic evaluation of cancer pain and personalized measures were the main measures.Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in hospital grade,principal,department bed care ratio,number of specialist nurses and professional knowledge assessment of cancer pain(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in whether MDT should be carried out or not(P>0.05).Using multiple linear regression analysis,the results showed that the score of cancer pain professional knowledge assessment,hospital level and the position of the person in charge had a direct impact on the quality of cancer pain nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The extensive development of the demonstration wards for standardized treatment of cancer pain plays an important role in cancer pain nursing.The propaganda work for cancer pain is better,but the level of cancer pain nursing is relatively low and the professional knowledge is still lacking.It is suggested that low-level hospitals should pay more attentions to standardized training.
