摘　　要：当前全球电子战处于重要的转型发展期,尤其是美军近年来为推动电子战发展,提出了一系列新概念,采取了一系列重大举措并取得了实质性进展,涌现出大量新的发展动向。综述了美国电子战战略的发展,梳理了其电子战新理念的形成与发展脉络,分析了美军推动电子战发展的主要举措,提出了相关启示建议。Electronic warfare in the world is in the transformative process,in which the US has developed a series of new concepts,adopted major measures and yielded substantial progress,presented a promising trend.The evolution of the strategy of the US electronic warfare is reviewed,the formulation and development of new electronic warfare concepts is combed,the development initiatives are analyzed,and at last the relevant inspirations and recommendations are presented.
