摘  要:目的观察经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)足三里穴对运动性疲劳模型大鼠血脑钠素(BNP)和尾加压素Ⅱ(UⅡ)的影响。方法 21只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、TEAS组,每组7只。采用跑台运动法建立运动性疲劳模型大鼠,采用TEAS"足三里"穴预处理30min(连续波、频率2Hz、强度5mA)。通过大鼠力竭运动时间评价大鼠运动能力的变化,ELISA法检测血BNP、UⅡ水平。结果模型组大鼠力竭运动时间较正常组明显缩短[(112.54±15.36)min比(158.17±18.93)min,P<0.01],血UⅡ水平低于正常组[(30.67±4.10)ng/mL比(45.82±6.31)ng/mL,P<0.01],血BNP水平高于正常组[(45.73±6.82)pg/mL比(29.45±4.60)pg/mL,P <0.01];TEAS组大鼠力竭运动时间较模型组延长[(146.53±16.42)min比(112.54±15.36)min,P<0.05],血UⅡ水平高于模型组[(38.49±5.16)ng/mL比(30.67±4.10)ng/mL,P<0.05],血BNP水平低于模型组[(32.46±5.39)pg/mL比(45.73±6.82)pg/mL,P<0.05]。结论经皮穴位电刺激足三里穴能降低运动性疲劳模型大鼠血BNP水平,升高UⅡ水平,延长大鼠力竭运动时间,对运动性疲劳大鼠具有一定的保护作用。Objective To observe the effects of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS) of "Zusanli"(ST 36) on brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and urotensin Ⅱ (UⅡ) in exercise-induced fatigue rats. Methods Twenty-one SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and TEAS group, with 7 rats in each group. Treadmill exercise method was used to establish a rat model of exercise-induced fatigue, and TEAS "Zusanli" acupoint pretreatment was performed for 30 minutes(continuous wave, frequency 2 Hz, intensity 5 mA). Changes in exercise capacity of rats were evaluated by exhaustive exercise time in rats, and blood BNP and U Ⅱ levels were measured by ELISA. Results Compared to the normal group, both exhaustive exercise time [(112.54±15.36)vs(158.17±18.93)min, P<0.01] and UⅡ level[(30.67±4.10) vs(45.82±6.31)ng/mL, P<0.01] in model group were obviously reduced, while the BNP level[(45.73±6.82) vs(29.45±4.60)pg/mL, P<0.01] in model group were significantly increased. Compared to the model group, exhaustive exercise time prolonged [(146.53±16.42) vs(112.54±15.36)min, P<0.05], and UⅡ level increased [(38.49±5.16) vs(30.67±4.10)ng/mL, P<0.05], while the BNP level decreased [(32.46±5.39) vs(45.73±6.82)pg/mL, P<0.05]. Conclusion The electric stimulation of Zusanli acupoint can reduce the blood BNP level, increase the U Ⅱ level and prolong the exhausted exercise time of rats, which has a certain protective effect on rats with exercise-induced fatigue.
