摘　　要：通过总结多年的编辑工作经验,讨论撰写科技论文的选题要求,指出选题主要考虑可行性、创新性、科学性;结合实际编辑的论文实例,提出结合课题研究确定选题、从实际工作出发确定选题、总结较新的工作内容、介绍国外技术进展、在已发表论文的基础上进一步研究5种方法确定选题;指明撰写论文的准备工作,以及通过确定论文标题、打腹稿、列提纲及由易到难下笔等方法实施写作,给出定稿的修改方式及修改注意事项。最后指出同一篇文章内不能出现一物多名的问题。By summarizing editing experience,this paper discusses the topic selection requirements for writing scientific and technological papers,and points out that the topic selection mainly considers feasibility,innovation,and scientificity.Based on edited papers,this paper puts forward five ways to decide the topics,such as combining the research of subjects,determining topics from practical work,summarizing relatively new work contents,introducing foreign technological progress,and further research on the basis of published papers.The preparations for writing scientific papers and the writing steps,such as determining the title,prewriting,outlining and writing from easy to difficult are indicated.It gives the revision methods and notices in modification.It is pointed out that the multiple names in one thing cannot appear in the same article.
