摘 要:运用大数据网络爬虫技术,获取贵阳市主城区零售商业网点POI数据,通过核密度分析、标准差椭圆分析、平均最近邻指数分析和多项Logistic回归分析等方法,对贵阳市主城区零售商业空间布局特征及其影响因素进行研究。结果显示:1)贵阳市主城区零售商业网点呈现"一主多次"的空间格局,以云岩区、南明区为核心聚集区,以白云区西南部、观山湖区东部、花溪区北部、乌当区东南部为次级聚集区,各聚集区呈圈层递减规律;2)主城区各类零售商业网点的空间格局呈南北方向展布的特征,与贵阳市城市发展规划方向基本一致;3)主城区各类零售商业网点的平均最近邻指数均小于1,且在0%的显著性水平下Z值均小于-2.58,呈显著聚集分布模式;4)人口密度、公共交通通达性与土地价值等因素是贵阳市主城区零售商业网点空间布局的主要影响因素。Using the Web Crawler to get the POI data of the downtown areas’ retail commercial networks in Guiyang, through the methods of Kernel Density Estimation, Standard Deviation Ellipse Analysis, Average Nearest Neighbor Index Analysis and Multiple Logistic Regression Analysis, the layout characteristics of retail commercial space in downtown areas of Guiyang and corresponding influencing factors were studied. The results show that: 1)The retail commercial networks in downtown areas of Guiyang are reflected as "one core with multiple sub-clusters" in the spatial pattern. Yunyan district and Nanming district are core cluster areas, the southwest of Baiyun district, the east of Guanshanhu district, the north of Huaxi district and the southeast of Wudang district are su-cluster areas. Meanwhile, the interior of each cluster exhibits the law of circle decreasing;2)The spatial pattern of various retail commercial networks in downtown areas is distributed in the south-north direction, which is basically consistent with the development direction of Guiyang;3)The average nearest neighbor index of various commercial networks in downtown areas is less than 1, the value of Z is less than-2.58 at the significance level of 0%. It is a significant aggregation distribution pattern;4)Population density, public transport accessibility and land value are main factors affecting the spatial layout of urban retail commercial networks.
