摘 要:湖南省是我国血吸虫病最早发现的地区,是历史上血吸虫病流行最严重的地区之一。新中国成立后,经过近70年艰苦卓绝的努力,湖南省血吸虫病防治取得卓越成就。当前湖南省血吸虫病防治已经进入消除新征程,在这关键的历史时刻,本文对湖南省近70年来血防工作的防治历程和经验进行全面总结,分析了当前和今后面临的挑战,展望了湖南省血吸虫病防治工作的未来。Hunan province is the area of schistosomiasis prevalence identified earliest in China, and one of the epidemic areas most hit by schistosomiasis in history. After nearly 70 years of arduous efforts since foundation of China, Hunan province has made remarkable achievements in schistosomiasis control. Currently, Hunan province is on the journey to eliminating schistosomiasis, which is a critical moment in history. The purpose of this paper is to fully review the brilliant achievements of schistosomiasis control in Hunan province in the past seven decades, and analyze the challenges in current stage and future as well as prospect on the following prevention and control measures for final elimination of schistosomiasis prevalence in Hunan.
