苏木素对羊毛针织物同浴媒染研究

摘　　要：通过正交试验研究温度、时间、染液浓度、pH值对苏木素同浴媒染羊毛针织物的影响,得出最佳工艺条件为:使用硫酸铜为媒染剂,染色时间40 min,温度40℃,染液浓度2x/3 g/L,染液pH值为6。Conducting an orthogonal test,this paper studied the common effects of temperature,time,concentration of staining solution and pH value on wool knitted fabrics dyed with hematoxylin by means of one-bath mordant dyeing.The experimental results showed that the optimal dyeing process could be accomplished in the condition of copper sulfate being the mordant,dyeing time being 40 min,temperature being 40℃,concentration of staining solution being 2 x/3 g/L and its pH value being 6.
