摘  要:目的探讨亚低温疗法对高龄重型颅脑创伤患者的临床疗效。方法选取84例高龄重型颅脑创伤患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分成两组,各42例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予亚低温疗法。比较两组患者治疗前、后神经功能、血清CGRP、5-HT水平及临床预后。结果治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均降低,GCS评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清CGRP、5-HT水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的GOS评分等级优于对照组,预后良好率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亚低温疗法有助于高龄重型颅脑创伤患者神经功能的恢复,可提高患者CGRP、5-HT表达水平,改善预后,具有重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mild hypothermia therapy in elderly patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with severe traumatic brain injury were selected as the study object and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with hypothermia therapy on the basis of routine treatment.The neurological function, serum CGRP, 5-HT levels before and after treatment and clinical prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, NIHSS scores of the two groups reduced, GCS scores increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CGRP and 5-HT in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). The grade of GOS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the good prognosis rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mild hypothermia therapy can help the recovery of neurological function in patients with severe traumatic brain injury, improve the expression levels of CGRP and 5-HT and clinical prognosis. It has important clinical significance.
