摘　　要：目的分析两种术式治疗子宫下段剖宫产切口瘢痕憩室的临床效果。方法选择我院妇产科于2018年4月至2019年6月收治的93例子宫下段剖宫产切口瘢痕憩室患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(46例)和干预组(47例)。对照组给予阴道切除术治疗,干预组给予宫腔镜引导下经阴道切除术治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果干预组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组手术时间、憩室愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫下段剖宫产切口瘢痕憩室的手术治疗中,相对于阴道切除术而言,宫腔镜引导下经阴道切除术的效果更加显著,且有助于患者的术后恢复。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of two kinds of operation on scar diverticulum in the lower segment of uters with cesarean section. Methods A total of 93 patients with scar diverticulum in the lower segment of uters with cesarean section treated in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from April 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(46 cases) and intervention group(47 cases). The control group was treated with vaginal resection, and the intervention group was treated with transvaginal resection under the guidance of hysteroscope. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The operation time, diverticulum healing time and hospitalization time in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group, and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with vaginal resection,hysteroscopy-guided transvaginal resection is more effective in the surgical treatment of scar diverticulum in the lower segment of uters with cesarean section, and it can help patients recover after surgery.
