摘　　要：高校教师发展中心对提高教师教学能力、保障教学质量、促进学校发展具有重要意义。我国教师发展中心在学习借鉴西方教育体系的基础上不断探索与完善。关于教师发展中心的职能争议主要集中于管理还是服务,而管服结合是赋予教育行政管理和教育服务的双重职能,是当前高校教师发展中心的职能定位。University faculty development centers play an important role in improving teachers'teaching ability,guaranteeing teaching quality and promoting school development.On the basis of learning from the western education system,China's university faculty development centers are constantly exploring and improving.The dispute about the function of the centers mainly focuses on management or service,but the integration of management and service with the dual function of educational administration and service is the function orientation of the university faculty development centers.
