新时代民办高校党委如何发挥政治核心作用——以广东白云学院为例

摘　　要：民办高校与公办高校领导体制和机制虽然不同,但社会主义办学方向和立德树人根本任务是一致的。作者针对目前民办高校党委工作存在的问题,并分析其原因,以广东白云学院为例探讨了新时代党委如何发挥政治核心作用的路径。坚持政治核心地位,保证党的政治领导这一总方向;坚持立德树人使命,把好学生思想教育这一总开关;突出政治标准,管好用好领导干部这支大队伍;筑牢组织基础,发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用;坚持服务中心工作,确保教育事业发展这一总关键。Although the leadership system and mechanism of private universities and public universities is different,the direction of socialist running schools is the same as the fundamental task of strengthen morality education.In view of the problems existing in the work of the Party committees of private colleges and universities,the author analyzes the reasons for this,and take Guangdong Baiyun College as an example to explore the path of playing the political core role of the Party committees in the new era.Adhere to the political core position and ensure the general direction of political leadership of the Party,adhere to the mission of strengthen morality education and put the student's ideological education as the main switch,highlight political standards,manage and use the leading cadres.Build the foundation of the organization and play the role of the fighting fortress of the Party organization,we will continue to work in service centers to ensure the overall key to the development of education.
