摘　　要：近年来,人工智能成为档案领域的研究热点,且多集中于探讨人工智能如何应用于档案管理,却鲜有关于其何以成为热点的反思类研究。文章梳理人工智能的发展进程与国内外研究成果,从人工智能的价值属性符合档案管理主体的主观需求、信息技术进步夯实人工智能嵌入档案管理的基础、政策与实践的跟进推动人工智能嵌入档案管理的进程三个方面探讨人工智能嵌入档案管理的逻辑。在此基础上,从技术扩散呈现档案管理主体间性、技术革新凸显档案场景机器化、技术演进拓宽档案职业边界三个方面分析了人工智能嵌入档案管理的特征,通过对高热度研究背后的因果关系进行多维度的剖析,对档案管理智能化进行现象学的阐释,为人工智能嵌入档案管理提供理论张力。In recent years,artificial intelligence has become a hot topic in the field of archives.Most attention has been focused on how artificial intelligence can be applied to archives management,but few reflective studies are related on the cause of this phenomenon.This paper reviews the development of artificial intelligence and the research results at home and abroad,probes into the logic of artificial intelligence embedded in archives management from three aspects:the value attribute of artificial intelligence according with the subjective demand of the subject of archives management,the progress of information technology ramming the foundation of artificial intelligence embedded in archives management,and the follow-up of policies and practices promoting the process of artificial intelligence embedded in archives management.On this basis,the paper analyzes the characteristics of it from three aspects:technology diffusion presents the intersubjectivity of archives management,technology innovation highlights the computerization of archives scene,and technology evolution broadens the professional boundary of archives.This paper analyzes the cause and effect of research hotspot from multi-dimension,explains the intellectualization of archives management from phenomenology,and provides the theory tension for the artificial intelligence to embed in the archives management.
