“互联网+”时代下档案利用影响因素研究

摘　　要：文章基于“互联网+”时代特点,从档案主体、客体、服务等方面初步构建了档案利用影响因素的假设模型,利用SPSS对问卷所收集的相关数据进行进一步分析,根据结果调整、验证初建的模型,得出“互联网+”时代档案利用影响因素主要表现在档案的服务、形式特征、价值实现条件和用户特征四方面。为了更好地适应新时代的发展,档案部门可以采取树立创新思维,优化档案服务;鼓励跨界融合,丰富档案形式;扩大开放范围,顺应结构重塑;坚持以人为本,注重用户特征等多种措施积极推动档案利用工作的开展。Based on the characteristics of the"Internet+"era,this paper initially constructs a hypothetical model of influencing factors of archives utilization from the aspects of archival subjects,objects and services.With the aid of SPSS,the data collected through questionnaires are further analyzed.According to the results,the newly built model is adjusted and verified.The conclusion is that the factors affecting the utilization of archives in the"Internet+"era are mainly manifested in four aspects:archives service,archives form characteristics,archives value realization conditions and archives user characteristics.In order to better adapt to the new era,the archives department can take a variety of measures to actively promote the development of archives utilization,such as establishing innovative thinking,optimizing archives service,encouraging cross-border integration,enriching archives forms,expanding the scope of opening up,conforming to the restructuring of the structure,adhering to people-oriented,focusing on user characteristics and so on.
