摘　　要：地方特色档案资源整合与开发应主动融入区域文化软实力建设当中,并以其作为整合与开发的导向。整合与开发地方特色档案资源有助于增强文化凝聚力、提升文化传播力、发展文化生产力和扩大文化影响力,注重多部门协同开发、多出档案文化精品、走数字开发之路是其主要的实现路径。The integration and development of local characteristic archives resources should be actively integrated into the construction of regional cultural soft power,and it should be guided by integration and development.Integrating and developing local characteristic archives resources will help to enhance cultural cohesion,enhance cultural communication,develop cultural productivity and expand cultural influence.Focus on multi-departmental collaborative development,increase the quality of archival culture,and take the road of digital development is its main realization path.
