国内手术难度目录管理评价方法的比较与关联构建

摘　　要：目的将国内临床专业诊疗管理规范与申康版手术分级目录、4类手术难度目录管理评价方法进行比较,并构建关联表。为手术难度考核探寻正确的、符合规范的手术等级认定方法。方法以上海申康版手术分级目录为基准,将另外3类手术难度目录管理评价方法中同类字段相关联,制定项目字段关联的规则和标准,实现字段间相互映射。结果4类手术难度目录管理评价方法应用的领域各有不同,但是依然有部分条目能完全匹配。结论在整个匹配关联中无法确切对应的条目仍需临床和编码专家共同努力完善关联匹配规则和匹配关联表,以提高医疗质量、规范诊疗行为,提升医院管理水平。Objective The correlation table was constructed by comparing clinical professional diagnosis and treatment management standards in China with Shenkang classification catalogue of surgery and four categories of operation difficulty catalogue management evaluation methods,in order to evaluate the difficulty of operation,to explore explore the correct and standard method to determine the grade of operation.Methods Based on the operation classification catalogue of Shenkang edition,the same fields in the other three categories of operation difficulty catalogue management evaluation methods are correlated,and the rules and standards for the association of project fields are formulated to realize the mutual mapping between fields.Results There are different application fields of the four categories of surgical difficulty catalogue management evaluation methods,but there are still some items that can completely be matched.Conclusion The items that cannot be exactly corresponding in the whole matching association still need the joint efforts of clinical and coding experts to improve the association matching rules and matching association table,so as to improve the quality of medical care,standardize the behavior of diagnosis and treatment,and improve the level of hospital management.
