金振口服液对慢性支气管炎大鼠的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察金振口服液对慢性支气管炎(CB)大鼠的影响。方法采用气管内注入脂多糖及烟熏法建立大鼠慢性支气管炎模型,选取60只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性药组及金振口服液高、中、低3个剂量组,每组各10只。各给药组连续灌胃给药21 d;末次给药后1 h麻醉大鼠,对肺进行组织学观察,并比较各组大鼠的血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平。结果模型组大鼠的血清TNF-α水平高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阳性药组及金振口服液高、中、低剂量组大鼠的TNF-α水平均低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠的血清IL-6、IL-1β水平高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阳性药组及金振口服液高剂量组大鼠的血清IL-6、IL-1β水平低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠的血清IL-2水平低于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阳性药组及金振口服液高、中、低剂量组大鼠的血清IL-2水平高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠的血清IL-8水平高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阳性药组及金振口服液高、中剂量组大鼠的血清IL-8水平低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠的肺部病变、气管病变和气管腺体指数评分均高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阳性药组及金振口服液高剂量组大鼠的肺部病变、气管病变和气管腺体指数评分均低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其余各项指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金振口服液可降低血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、IL-8的水平,升高IL-2活性,改善慢性CB大鼠的肺组织病变,且高剂量的效果更好。Objective To observe the effect of Jinzhen Oral Liquid on chronic bronchitis(CB)rats.Methods Rat models of CB were established by intratracheal injection of lipopolysaccharide and cigarettes smoking.Sixty rats were selected and randomly divided into six groups:normal group,model group,positive drug group and Jinzhen Oral Liquid high,medium and low dose groups,with 10 rats in each group.The animals received drug orally every days for 21 d continuously.The rats were anesthetized 1 hour after the last administration,and the lungs were taken for histological observation.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-2(IL-2),interlukin-8(IL-8)in serum were compared.Results The level of serum TNF-αin the model group was higher than that in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum TNF-αin the positive drug group and the Jinzhen Oral Liquid high,middle and low dose group were lower than those in the model group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-6 and IL-1βin the model group were higher than those in the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-6 and IL-1βin the positive drug group and Jinzhen Oral Liquid high dose group were lower than those in the model group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of IL-2 in model group was lower than that in normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-2 in the positive drug group and the Jinzhen Oral Liquid high,middle and low dose group were higher than those in the model group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum IL-8 in the model group was higher than that in the normal group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-8 in the positive drug group and the Jinzhen Oral Liquid high and middle dose group were lower than those in the model group,the
