百令胶囊联合吸入性糖皮质激素治疗咳嗽变异哮喘患者的效果及对其血清炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨百令胶囊联合吸入性糖皮质激素治疗咳嗽变异哮喘患者的效果及对其血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取2017年6月~2018年6月于我院接受治疗的300例咳嗽变异哮喘患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为A、B、C组,每组各100例。A组患者接受吸入性糖皮质激素治疗,B组患者接受百令胶囊治疗,C组患者接受联合治疗。比较三组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、FEV1占用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC)、最大呼气流量(PEF)]及血清炎症因子[白介素-4(IL-4)/干扰素γ(IFN-γ)及白介素-17(IL-17)]。结果A组患者的治疗总有效率(97.00%)及C组患者的治疗总有效率(99.00%)均高于B组(90.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者治疗后的FEV1%、FEV1/FVC、PEF均高于治疗前,且C组治疗后的FEV1%、FEV1/FVC、PEF均高于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者治疗后的IL-4/IFN-γ及IL-17水平均低于治疗前,且C组治疗后的IL-4/IFN-γ及IL-17水平均低于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊有助于调节咳嗽变异哮喘患者IL-4/IFN-γ及IL-17水平,减轻炎症反应,联合吸入性糖皮质激素治疗效果更佳,临床上值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Bailing Capsules combined with inhaled glucocorticoid in the treatment of patients with cough variant asthma and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 300 patients with cough variant asthma who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into group A,B,and C according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.Group A received inhaled glucocorticoid,group B received Bailing Capsules,and group C received combined treatment.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indicators(percent expiratory volume in first second[FEV1%],ratio of FEV1 occupied forced vital capacity[FEV1/FVC],peak expiratory flow[PEF]),and serum inflammatory factors(interleukin-4[IL-4]/interferon-γ[IFN-γ]and interleukin-17[IL-17])before and after treatment were compared in the three groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in group A(97.00%)and that in group C(99.00%)were higher than those in group B(90.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The FEV1%,FEV1/FVC and PEF of the three groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and FEV1%,FEV1/FVC and PEF after treatment in the group C were higher than those in the group A and B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The IL-4/IFN-γand IL-17 levels of the three groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and IL-4/IFN-γand IL-17 levels after treatment in the group C were lower than those in the group A and B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing Capsules can help regulate the IL-4/IFN-γand IL-17 levels in patients with cough variant asthma,reduce the inflammatory response,and have a better effect in combination with inhaled glucocorticoid,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
