手术治疗复杂性肘关节骨折脱位的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗复杂性肘关节骨折脱位的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月~2019年3月我院收治的68例复杂性肘关节骨折脱位患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(34例)和对照组(34例)。观察组采用复杂性肘关节骨折脱位手术治疗,对照组采用传统手法复位和石膏外固定治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、并发症发生情况、肘关节Mayo评分优良率、骨折愈合时间及治疗后肘关节活动角度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的肘关节Mayo评分优良率高于对照组,骨折愈合时间短于对照组,治疗后肘关节活动伸直、旋转角度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复杂性肘关节骨折脱位通过手术治疗能有效提高临床治疗效果、肘关节功能及活动情况,降低患者的并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment of complex elbow fractures and dislocations.Methods Sixty-eight patients with complex elbow fractures and dislocations admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the observation group(34 cases)and the control group(34 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with complicated elbow fracture and dislocation surgical operation.The control group was treated with traditional manipulative reduction and plaster external fixation.The treatment effect,complications,excellent and good rate of elbow Mayo score,fracture healing time and elbow movement angle were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of elbow Mayo score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the time of fracture healing was shorter than that in the control group,the angle of elbow movement extension and rotation after treatment were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The operation of complex fracture and dislocation of elbow joint can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,elbow joint function and activity,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
