地方高校就业市场拓展思路探究——以山东省J大学为例

摘　　要：高校毕业生就业问题事关国计民生,为促进高校毕业生精准就业,建设与拓展就业市场至关重要[1],结合地方高校特点及当今大学生就业现状,探寻开拓就业市场新思路是有效完善就业市场机制的关键所在。文章从J大学的地域特点、省内省外生源分布及毕业去向横纵向数据分析研究进而确定就业市场拓展计划,以期提高学校的就业率和就业质量。The employment problem of college graduates is related to national economy and people’s livelihood.It is essential to build and expand the employment market in order to promote the accurate employment of college graduates[1].Combining characteristics of local universities and the current employment situation of university students,the key to improving the employment market mechanism effectively is to explore new ideas for opening up the employment market.This paper aims to improve the employment rate and quality of employment,with horizontal and vertical data analysis of geographical characteristics of University J,student distributions inside and outside the province,and graduation destinations.
