浅析高校女生公寓内人际冲突现状——以南通大学为例

摘　　要：高校学生的人际关系不仅影响学生的心理健康,而且对其学业、身体甚至是在未来的社会工作、生活中都会有巨大的影响。文章采用问卷调查的形式,以南通大学600位本科女生为调查对象,浅析高校女生在公寓内人际冲突的成因、表现形式、处理方式、寻求帮助方式等方面。调查研究显示:部分高校女生在人际冲突处理方式上较为激烈甚至出现过激行为。因此高校需要建立学生心理干预预警机制,采取有效的策略解决高校公寓内的人际冲突,积极引导和干预高校女生处理人际关系。College students’ interpersonal relationship not only affects the students’ mental health,but also has a great influence on their studies,body and even social work and life in the future.In this paper,572 female students from Nantong University were investigated by questionnaire.Analysis of college girls in the apartment interpersonal conflict causes,forms of expression,handling,seeking help and so on.Research shows that:some college girls in the interpersonal conflict management mode is more intense or even excessive behavior.Therefore,colleges and universities need to establish the early warning mechanism of students’ psychological intervention,and adopt effective strategies to solve the interpersonal conflicts in the apartments of colleges and universities.Extremely guide and interfere with college girls to deal with interpersonal relations.
