摘 要:文章旨在探讨啤酒酵母水解物对生长猪生长性能、营养物质消化率和屠体性状的影响。试验选取平均初始体重为(25.31±1.29)kg生长猪(杜×长×大)200头,随机分为5组,每个处理4个重复,每个重复10头猪。试验日粮共设5个,即基础日粮组(对照组)、基础日粮+0.05%、0.1%、0.5%或1%啤酒酵母水解物。试验共开展16 w。结果显示:在11、16 w和整个试验期内,猪的日增重随日粮酵母水解物添加水平的增加呈线性增加(P<0.05),而在第6周,猪饲料报酬呈显著线性增加(P<0.05)。在第11周,随着日粮酵母水解物添加水平的增加,干物质和氮消化率呈显著线性增加(P<0.05)。在第16周,随着日粮中酵母水解物添加水平的增加,干物质、氮和能量消化率呈显著线性增加(P<0.05)。随着酵母水解物添加水平的增加,猪血清尿素氮水平呈显著线性增加(P<0.05)。结果表明:随着日粮啤酒酵母水解物添加量的增加,不仅能提高猪的生长性能、饲料效率,而且能显著提高某些阶段营养物质的表观消化率,提高生长猪血清尿素氮的含量。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of brewer’s yeast extract on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and carcass characteristics of growing pigs. 200 growing pigs with an average initial body weight of 25.31±1.29 kg([Landrace×Yorkshire]×Duroc)were randomly divided into 5 treatments,4 replicates for each treatment and 10 pigs for each repeat. There were 5 experimental diets,namely,basic diet group(control group),basic diet+0.05%,0.1%,0.5% or 1% of brewer’s yeast extract. A total of 16 w trials were conducted. The results showed that :at 11,16 w and the whole test period,the daily weight gain of pigs increased linearly with the increase of the added level of dietary yeast extract(P < 0.05),while at the 6 th w,the feed remuneration of pigs increased linearly(P < 0.05). At the 11 th w,dry matter and nitrogen digestibility increased linearly with the increase of dietary yeast extract concentration(P < 0.05). At 16 w,the digestibility of dry matter,nitrogen and energy increased linearly with the increase of yeast extract in the diet(P < 0.05). With the increase of yeast extract addition level,the serum urea nitrogen level in pigs showed a significant linear increase(P < 0.05). The results showed that with the increase of dietary brewer’s yeast extract,not only the growth performance and feed efficiency of pigs could be improved,but also the apparent digestibility of nutrients at certain stages and the content of serum urea nitrogen in growing pigs could be improved.
