摘 要:本试验选择144头均重为(18.24±2.41)kg的猪作为试验动物,评估玉米或高梁型日粮添加蛋白酶对其生长性能和肠道健康的影响。试验采用2×2因子设计,猪只随机分为4组,每组36头猪,试验能量饲料原料为玉米或高梁,同时添加0或0.05%蛋白酶,试验分为1~21 d和22~35 d。结果显示:在第4周,饲喂高粱日粮的仔猪平均日增重显著增加(P <0.05),从2~5周,高粱饲料显著增加了平均日采食量(P <0.05)。无论日粮类型如何,日粮添加蛋白酶均改善了第3周采食量(P <0.05),高梁型日粮显著降低了第5周饲料效率(P <0.05)。日粮补充蛋白酶显著提高粗蛋白质回肠表观消化率(P <0.05)。高粱日粮组显著降低血清和空肠黏膜丙二醛含量(P <0.05)。日粮补充蛋白酶可降低十二指肠黏膜丙二醛含量(P <0.05)。日粮添加蛋白酶显著提高了十二指肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值(P <0.05),同时高粱型日粮较玉米型日粮显著降低了空肠黏膜绒毛高度和隐窝深度(P <0.05)。结论 :以高粱为基础的日粮可以提高仔猪采食量和体增重,具有降低氧化应激的潜在功能;无论以高粱或玉米为基础日粮,补充外源蛋白酶均可改善蛋白质消化率,并可能通过减少氧化应激,增强形态学来维持肠道健康。In this study,144 pigs with the average body weight 18.24±2.41 kg were selected as experimental animals to evaluate the effects of adding protease to corn or sorghum diet on their growth performance and intestinal health. The experiment was designed with 2×2 factors,pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups with 36 pigs in each group. The experimental energy feed materials were corn or sorghum,and 0 or 0.05% protease was added. The results showed that the average daily weight gain of broom-fed piglets increased significantly at 4 w(P < 0.05),and the average daily feed intake of broom-fed piglets increased significantly from 2 ~ 5 w(P < 0.05). Protease addition improved feed intake at 3 w regardless of diet type(P < 0.05),and sorghum diet significantly reduced feed efficiency at 5 w(P < 0.05). Dietary protease supplementation significantly increased the apparent digestibility of crude protein ileum(P < 0.05). The contents of malondialdehyde in serum and jejunal mucosa was significantly reduced in the sorghum diet group(P < 0.05). Dietary protease supplementation could reduce the malondialdehyde content in duodenal mucosa(P < 0.05). Protease added to the diet significantly increased the ratio of villus height to recess depth in duodenum(P < 0.05),while the sorghum diet significantly reduced the height of villus and recess depth in jejunum compared with the corn diet(P < 0.05). Conclusion :sorghum-based diet can increase feed intake and body weight gain of piglets,and has the potential function of reducing oxidative stress. Supplementation of exogenous protease with either sorghum or corn-based diets improves protein digestibility and may maintain intestinal health by potentially reducing oxidative stress and enhancing morphology.
