摘 要:为了有效降低电机温升对空空冷却方式的高压感应电机转子轭部开轴向通风孔,但原来基于磁路的算法计算出的电机铁耗、功率因数、额定电流等电磁性能与实际偏差较大;针对此问题提出基于有限元的场—路—运动耦合分析方法,以YXKK355-4、355 kW电机为例,利用电机的基本数学模型和实际的物理模型,对不同通风方式的电机建模,分析电机谐波磁场、气隙磁密等电磁参数;基于有限元的方式改进了传统三项式计算铁耗的模型,得到与试验值相近的结果;最后,基于轴向通风孔对转子磁场影响的分析结果,给出一种改进型通风孔的方案,为今后转子轴向通风孔设计提供理论依据。In order to effectively reduce the temperature rise of the motor,axial ventilation holes were opened on the rotor yoke of the high-voltage induction motor with air-to-air cooling mode.However,the original electromagnetic performance calculated based on the magnetic circuit algorithm,such as iron consumption,power factor,rated current and so on,deviates greatly from the actual situation.By the finite element field-circuit-motion coupled analysis method,YXKK355-4,355 kW medium sized high voltage asynchronous motor was taken as an example.Based on the basic mathematical model and the actual physical model of the motor,the electromagnetic parameters such as harmonic magnetic field and air gap magnetic density were analyzed.Based on the finite element method,the traditional three term calculation model of iron loss is improved,and the result is close to the test value.Finally,based on the analysis result of the influence of the axial ventilation hole on the rotor magnetic field,an improved ventilation hole scheme was proposed,which provides the theoretical basis for the design of the axial ventilation hole of the rotor in the future.
